What we collect
If you send us a note through the contact page or book a call, we receive the details you enter: your name, your email address, your company and what you tell us about your business. We use them only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Please do not send tax ID numbers, account numbers or other sensitive financial data through the website.
Cookies and tracking
Our website sets no cookies of its own and does not use advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify or follow individual visitors. It shows us totals such as page views, popular pages and where visitors come from.
The calendar on our contact page is provided by Calendly. When you use it, Calendly may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
Do Not Track
Because our website does not track visitors across other sites, it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Services that help us run the site
Cloudflare hosts the website and protects the contact form from spam with Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the note. Calendly handles call bookings and collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. An email delivery service delivers notes from the contact form to our inbox. These services may use your details only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep your details
Inquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and deleted on request. Client records are kept as required by professional and tax regulations.
Client information
Information you share with us as a client is handled under our professional confidentiality obligations and your engagement letter, separately from this website policy.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only with service providers who help us run the firm, under confidentiality, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] or call 720-933-0770.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
